Our venue offer different ceremony areas, a forested area, open meadows, and amenities like restrooms, parking, and seating. Our team of experienced staff and event planner will work with you to create the perfect event, from choosing the right layout and décor to selecting catering options and managing the logistics of the day.

Venue facilities
The Woods has two ceremony areas to choose from. The reception includes a kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The venue also has a couple of spots for your guests to be social between the ceremony and reception.
Accomodation
We offer accommodation to wedding guests at the Bushwillow Guesthouse and the adjacent Woodpeckers Den. These accommodation options are situated on The Woods premises and offer accommodation for up to 16 guests.
Venue staff
Our venue staff are well trained. Staff includes waiters, bartenders and an event coordinator.
Catering
The Woods makes use of caterers of your choice. We have contacts for caterers, and an on-site kitchen for preparations.

Bar
The venue includes a bar. We optionally do pre-drink areas outdoors to keep your guests entertained after the ceremony.
